We will not tell you where our logo/symbol came from or how it reached us, but it was a casual and instinctive choice.

The two columns represent a building in construction, “for some” the temple of Man that is often traditionally represented by two columns - a moral and spiritual temple that is built day after day by working, working on things and ourselves.  Opera Magna, if made as a gift. But our building is also a crumbling column, virtually destroyed…
Our daily work is often very difficult, subject to limits and difficult circumstances, just like our human nature, and the incompleteness of the column reminds us to be humble and realize that we never reach perfection, neither as people nor in our work.
But that is why human nature is invincible and optimist, and we can see a mythical phoenix is re-emerging on the left column (the heart) or the right one (strength), depending on your point of view.
The Phoenix is always reborn from its own ashes, and is a symbol of long life and transformation.

With our work, Carbi.pel falls in with the natural processes (which we still consider as fantastic and symbolic) regenerating the skins with its work, giving them new life and beauty that can be seen, felt and touched.
